  • Organization Information: Organization name, billing cycle, subscription status, and team member email addresses.

  • Usage Data: Cleaning logs, task data, room information, maintenance tickets, photos attached to logs, and feature requests you submit.

  • Payment Information: Billing is processed through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details — Stripe handles all payment processing securely.

  • Email Preferences: Your opt-in choices for marketing, system updates, sales, outage, and new feature communications.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;

  • Process subscription payments and manage your account;

  • Track and display cleaning activity, reports, and task completion;

  • Send service-related notifications (e.g., subscription status, outages);

  • Send marketing and feature update emails based on your preferences;

  • Respond to support requests and feedback;

  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe: For processing subscription payments;

  • Service Providers: Third parties that help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, email delivery), under confidentiality agreements;

  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Within your organization, team members may see cleaning logs, tasks, and reports associated with shared rooms. Organization owners and managers can view team activity and reports.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted data transmission and secure storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for a reasonable period to allow reactivation. After account termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policy.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you;

  • Request correction of inaccurate data;

  • Request deletion of your data;

  • Opt out of marketing communications (adjustable in Settings);

  • Export your data;

  • Withdraw consent for data processing.
